My Drink was called the “Baltimore Zoo”

Had a Great day Sunday. My son and I went to service and heard from a new speaker today. We went out to lunch. I started with a large salad w/grilled chkn. I was so full couldn’t eat anything else. We had two scoops of ice cream. Then we went to the gym. We always work out first then the pool, hot tub. This time he wanted to get in the pool first we did for an hr and a half. Then worked out I realized I felt better. I will try that again. Went home, I took a half an hour nap. Then convinced malindacg, my sis, to go to dinner w/ me. So we did. It was awesome. We had drinks called the Baltimore Zoo, which is like long island but more potent. Also “Gratful Dead” which was awesome, It was neither sweet nor sour. We giggled talking about all kinds of things. She is the one sis I can go out and have a good time w/out drama. We drink responsibly so we don’t have to carry ea. other or no one is huging toilets. I hate babysitting a drunk. I was hoping I would be able to sleep, but I guess I will have to get some sleep aid. Tylenol PM doesn’t work for me. I’ve tried it several times. It’s been mons. since I had 6-8 hrs of sleep.

Have to see chiropractor only two more weeks and I will be done. Hope everyone has a great day Monday.

UNEXCEPTABLE behavior…

It’s best to ignore UNEXCEPTABLE behavior. The reason, negative attention is better than None at all. Just like children has tantrums for attention. So if at all possible don’t even read what the abuser has to say. That way u won’t be tempted to respond.

I thought my Boobs were going to knock me out!!!

I live in the mountains when it snows, like it has been, it takes a day or two to clear. Here lately as soon as it clears, it snows again. The kids had 20 days off due to snow if that tells u anything. Our buses won’t run most days. I was walking 3-4 times a week. Now I have to rely on the wii. Which is awesome. I tried the shake weight today and something I haven’t done in over 15 yrs. jump roping :) I thought my boobs were going to knock me out. I wanted to duck tape them so I could continue. lol  I have to order my bras online. I’ve had these since high school. So I can no longer be ashamed and it’s no secret! It sucks tho, since they are $40.oo ea. I have yet to find a sports bra for working out. So if I keep jumping they may melt away. What do u think? Everytime I lose weight the first to go is the bottom half. Which I could stand to have a little more junk in my trunk. LoL Here’s my food journal for Tuesday and Wednesday. My goal is to eat healthier everyday. I have to stay between 1600-1800 calories.

I joined the gym last week and I love it. Also I have been doing wiii fit which I love. It’s time 2 crack down on my calorie intake. looking for strength

I quit smoking April 15th, 2009 for seven months. I re-quit, if that’s a word, Monday January 25th. Also just got out of a 4 yr. relationship January 15th, 2010. New beginings I keep saying to myself. Not working though. Change although good, sucks. I have been walking more. I’m trying to push forward…moving slowly is better than not moving at all right. Too many changes too close together some say. They were both for the best. An overall change for a better emotional; mental; physical me. Just don’t feel it quite yet. I don’t plan to give up just wanted to vent. My sister Malindacg is doing very well. I try to eat whole wheat like she does and can’t, not yet anyway. I have cut back on sugar, cheese & bread. I am listening to a lot of music, reading books including the bible. It feels like I’m looking for something to give me strength. I showed strength by doing those things that were definitely needed. So why do I feel so blah…….

First let me say I love this site. It makes me excited knowing I’m not doing this alone! Now I just learned how much calories I should be eating, from nutritiondata.com before I found this site. I haven’t found out how much fat I should take in daily. I’m doing 16-1800 calories, but my fat was 185 is that too much? I will be forever grateful.

I have never ever counted calories and wouldn’t know where to begin so I went under nutrition to learn more and found this website. After putting in info i.e. weight; height; age and how active you are it tells you all types of info. even though I don’t understand most of it, hopefully it will be helpful to some of you. I still have a lot to learn. My number one goal is to start the new year with a new look. After reaching half of my goal I plan to give myself a makeover changing hair color, different style of clothing and shoes. I will treat myself to a massage once a month for doing the best I can. I also plan to challenge myself and invite new challenges from you as well. Have fun. I know it won’t be easy, but I have been taking it easy way too long. My body doesn’t thank me for it.
